Capacitive Sensors
CapTex yarn break sensors work on the principal of capacitive measurement, whereby the running yarn results in a change in capacitance of an electrical field.
Advantages of CapTex sensors are:
- Suitable for all types of yarn

- Insensitive to dust
- Operates at speeds > 50/m/m
- Has a fast reaction time (~ 100msec)
